Eloise Tomberlin Greene, 66, died Saturday, October 19, 2013. Eloise was born in Cabarrus County, NC August 27, 1947, daughter of the late James Nathan and Mayona Helms Tomberlin. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at 11:00 AM in Love Baptist Church, 707 Deese Rd., Monroe, NC 28110. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, October 21, 2013 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at the church. Mrs. Tomberlin is survived by her husband Wayne Greene; son Rick Greene of Winston-Salem, NC; daughters Hope Hall of Old Fort, NC and Crystal Greene of Whittier, NC; sister Darlene Helms of Monroe, NC; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
