Ernest Heath Moser, 84, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2018. He was born July 20, 1934 in Union County, NC son of the late Rayburn & Lina Cook Moser. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, December 31, 2018 in Gordon Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30 PM until 1:45 PM at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28112. He is survived by his wife Barbara Carnes Moser, nephew Doyle McManus, and wife Hazel, a niece Beverly Moser, and husband Jimmy. Ernest was a member of Monroe Masonic Lodge #244 AF & AM, and Scottish Rite Bodies. He was a former Executive for Dickerson Construction Company, and later started is own business Ernest Heath Moser Grading Company.
