Everette Eugene Medlin, 66, of Monroe, NC passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2021. He was born in Union County on July 7, 1954, son to the late Marvin Eugene Medlin and Mary Lee Rushing Medlin. A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM, Saturday, June 19, 2021 at Shiloh Advent Christian Church, 3601 Sikes Mill Road, Monroe, NC 28110. Visitation will be 12:00 Noon until 6:00PM Friday, June 18, 2021 at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave. Monroe, NC 28112. The Medlin family will not be present during this time. A lifelong farmer, Everette, along with his son Drew, owned and operated Medlin Farms in Monroe, NC. Everette is survived by his loving wife, Debbie Baucom Medlin; sons Drew Medlin wife Bailey, Brett Medlin wife Morgan; sisters Betty Tomberlin husband Garrett, Shelia Philemon husband Douglas; step-sisters Annette Medlin Starnes and Mary DeVito; three grandchildren Hampton Marsh Medlin, Palmer Kate Medlin and Acre Baucom Medlin.
