Frances Seegars Dandridge Fran MONROE - Frances Fran Seegars Dandridge, 49, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2013. She was born in Lancaster, SC on February 19, 1964 daughter of the late Gerald and Betty Reeves Seegars. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at 6:00 PM in Bethlehem United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends following the service. Fran is survived by a daughter, Shannon Dandridge of Charlotte and brothers, Jon Seegars of Kershaw, SC and Doug Seegars of Lancaster, SC. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethlehem United Methodist Church, 5300 Nesbit Rd., Waxhaw, NC 28173.
