Frances Fran Seegars Dandridge, 49, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2013. She was born in Lancaster, SC on February 19, 1964 daughter of the late Gerald and Betty Reeves Seegars. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at 6:00 PM in Bethlehem United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends following the service. Fran is survived by a daughter, Shannon Dandridge of Charlotte and brothers, Jon Seegars of Kershaw, SC and Doug Seegars of Lancaster, SC.
