Mr. Scott Tyson, 53, of Monroe, NC passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2020. He was born in Union County on August 16, 1966. He is survived by his parents Grady Tyson and Cora Lee Holman Tyson. A graveside service will be held at 12:00pm, Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at Lakeland Memorial Park. He loved the outdoors, sports and was an avid bicyclist. In his younger years Scott rode motorcycles and was an adrenaline junkie. Scott is also survived by his daughter, Hannah Tyson Fenlong (Kerry) of Monroe, sister, Karen Tyson of Monroe, a grandson Aiden Fenlong (“June Bug”) and his significant other, Michele Smith.
