Gail Carter Mullis

Aneita “Gail” Carter Mullis, 85, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. She was born in Union County, NC on August 21, 1939, daughter to the late James Edwin Carter and Ruby Elizabeth Baucom Carter. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Lewis Mullis, and son, Michael Lewis Mullis.

A memorial service will be held at a later date, at Hope Second Advent Christian Church, 6804 Morgan Mill Rd, Monroe, NC 28110, all family and friends are welcomed.

Gail is survived by her two daughters, Shannan Davis and husband Rick, Sheree Roberts and husband David; as well as her partner, Edd Gardner. Survived by three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
