Garra Estelle (Moore) Honeycutt

Mrs. Garra Estelle Moore Honeycutt, 98, of Monroe, passed away Friday, August 14, 2015, at Monroe Square. She was born April 9, 1917, in Rutherford County, NC to the late George Adams Moore and Christine Elizabeth Withrow Moore. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Honeycutt was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Dillard Honeycutt. She is survived by her sons, Jeff Honeycutt (Lyndia) of Monroe, NC and Jack Honeycutt (Sherry) of Farmville, VA; brother Robert Moore; sisters, Mary Randall, Pat Allen, and Mildred Henderson; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Monday, August 17, 2015, at 2:00 PM at Eternal Hills Cemetery in Forest City, NC.
