Garrett Lee Aldridge, 25, of Monroe passed away Saturday, July 13, 2019. Garrett was born in Union County June 25, 1994. Garrett is preceded in death by his step-grandfather Norman Pressley. A funeral service will be held at 4:00pm on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Hope Second Advent Christian Church, 6804 Morgan Mill Rd, Monroe, NC 28110, burial will follow in the church cemetery. Garrett is survived by his mother Amber Polk Pressley (Kyle), father Ricky Aldridge, sister Cassie Aldridge, brother William Henry Pressley, maternal grandparents Larry and Delane Polk, paternal grandparents Robert and Cindy Aldridge, step-grandmother Kay Helms, nephew, Brody Issac Mullins. The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 17 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112.
