Geneva (Newell) Gordon

Geneva Newell Gordon, 77, passed away Thursday, October 25, 2012. She was born May 25, 1935 daughter to the late William Ernest and Wilma Irene Helms Newell. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Gordon Funeral Chapel, with burial to follow at Waxhaw Baptist Church Cemetery. Geneva is survived by two daughters Vicky Ferrell of Monroe, and Dorita McDonald of Jacksonville, Fl, a sister Grace Newell Belk of Charlotte, three grandchildren Daniel Mitchell, Chanda Balducci, Megan Goodnite, and five great grandchildren Khaine, Kadence, Noah, Amya, and Apollonia. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 29, 2012 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Gordon Funeral Service Crematory 1904 Lancaster Ave. Monroe NC 28112.
