Hailey Nicole Modesitt

Hailey Nicole Modesitt, 20, passed away Sunday, April 9, 2023. She was born in Mecklenburg County, on March 29, 2003, the daughter of Nora Rebecca Hayes Bass and the late Timothy John Bass.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, April 15, 2023, at Gordon Funeral Chapel, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28112. The family will visit with friends and family from 10:00 AM until 10:45 PM prior to the service.

Hailey is survived by her loving mother, Becky Hayes Bass, brother, Daniel Modesitt, his wife Balie, and their son Gavin Modesitt, sister, Jenny Modesitt, paternal grandmother Betty Jean (B.J.) Pullen, Uncle Norman King, Aunt Patsy King, their son Austin King, Uncle Lester Ingram, Aunt Kim Ingram, and their children Leslie Ingram, and Austin Ingram.

She is also preceded by her paternal grandfather Gary Bass, maternal grandfather Billy Ingram, and maternal grandmother Nora Hayes.

Hailey attended Wolfe School in Union County and she lived life to the fullest.
