Hazel Howard Price, 84, passed away Saturday, September 17, 2016. She was born April 4, 1932 in Union County, NC daughter to the late William Franklin Howard Ellie Lou Helms Howard. She is also preceded in death by her husband Willie Price, a son Tony Lane Price, and a grandson Todd Kiker. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at Hillcrest Baptist Church. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Price is survived by a son Danny Williams, wife Kathy of Monroe, a daughter Patricia Ann Kiker, husband Butch, of Monroe, a brother Billy Howard, wife Martha, of Waxhaw, two sisters, Kay Howard of Monroe, and Shirley Bost of Concord, two grandchildren, Scott Kiker, wife Suzette, of Gastonia, and Dee Dee Hatley, Husband Brian of Indian Trail, and five great grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff of Jesse Helms Nursing Care, as well as Hospice of Union County the special care they provided for Mrs. Price.
