Henry Lewis Carson

Henry Lewis Carson, 73, of Indian Trail, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2021. He was born November 21, 1947 in Mecklenburg County a son of the late Jesse Howard and Ethel Myrick Carson. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, where he received the Purple Heart. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Jesse Lewis Carson. The family will receive friends and family from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Gordon Funeral Service 1904 Lancaster Ave. Monroe, NC 28112. Henry is survived by his wife of 47 years, Dori Carson, a daughter, Kelly Carson (Steven Phillips) of Matthews, a daughter in-law, Cheryl Carson on Monroe a brother, Richard Nalley of Greenville, TN, three grandchildren, Jesse Landon Carson (Jessica) of Indian Trail, Holland Brooke Carson of Monroe, Allison Taylor-Mae Carson of Chapel Hill, one great-grandchild, Liam Cane Carson of Indian Trail.
