Henry Frank Kelley Jr., 68, departed this life on Thursday, April 18, 2019 after a courageous battle with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Frank was born on December 23, 1950 in Savannah, Georgia, son to Henry Frank Kelley Sr., and the late Charlotte Jackson Kelley. Among his mother, Frank is also preceded in death by his daughter Pam. Although a man of very few words, Frank was known for his hard work and dedication to his family. He worked in sales at Forms & Supply until opening and working at Kelley’s Copies and Kelley’s Trucking. Frank’s funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Lakeview Baptist Church, 4602 Concord Hwy, Monroe, NC 28110. The family will receive friends and family from 10:00 am until 10:45 am on Saturday prior to the service. Burial to follow at Benton’s Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Marlene Price Kelley; children, Melissa, Frankie, and Bobby; sisters, Janice K. Powell, and Melinda K. Horton; grandchildren Noah Johns, Bryson Kelley, Jacob Kelley, Jadah Kelley, and Joleigh Kelley; and many more loved nieces, nephews, friends and family.
