Holly Williams Loy, 47, died peacefully on Thursday, February 19, 2015 in Plantation, Florida. She was born in Union County, NC on June 12, 1967. Holly graduated from Monroe High School in 1985 and Appalachian State University in 1989. She was a flight attendant with American Airlines since 1990. Holly is survived by her children, Kristina and Matthew, her mother, Sylvia A. Wylie, a sister, Shaun Carnes Provost and Shaun’s children, Chad and Lacey Carnes and McKenzie and Paxton Provost. A memorial service will be held Sunday, March 8, 2015 at 4:00 pm in Gordon Funeral Chapel, 1904 Lancaster Avenue, Monroe, NC, with visitation to follow.
