Jacob Michael Adamczak, 21, of Monroe, NC passed away January 4, 2020. He was born in Mecklenburg County on November 23, 1998. A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Gordon Funeral Chapel, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112. The family will receive friends and relative following the service. Jacob is survived by his mother Theresa (Tina) Crawford Harris (Hank) and father Michael Adamczak (Pam), and a sister Claire Adamczak.
