Jacqueline Raye Crook

Mrs. Jacqueline Raye Crook, 50, passed away Monday, December 31, 2012. She was the daughter of Amelia Jensen McCurdy and the late Rolly Charles Poulter. She is also preceded in death by her son Adam Blackburn. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday January 3, 2013 at Gordon Funeral Chapel, with burial to follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. She is survived by her husband Norman A. Crook, mother Amelia McCurdy of Tellico Plains Tenn. Sons; David Helton and Brian Blackburn both of Monroe. Brother; Robert J. Poulter of Monroe. Sisters; Grace Anna Collins of Tellico Plains, Tenn. and Estelle R. Benge of Columbia, SC. Grandchildren Katlin Carter, Cody and Hannah Sutton and Brett Matthew Helton.
