James Thomas Flowe, 73, of Monroe, NC passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2023. He was born in Mecklenburg County, NC on June 5, 1950, son to the late Raymond Flowe Sr. and Velda Weaver.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
