James Curtis "Curt" Greene

James “Curt” Curtis Greene, 88, of Waxhaw, NC passed away Friday, November 3, 2023. He was born in Union County, NC on January 11, 1935, the son of the late Thomas Greene and Dixie Thompson Robinson. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Charles Greene.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM at Lakeland Memorial Park, 1901 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28112. The family will receive friends and family from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM prior to the service at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28112.

Curtis is survived by his wife, Thelma Maness Greene: stepdaughter: Dolly Taylor (Bill): stepson, Kenneth Williams (Erika): sister, Linda Deese: grandchildren, Leslie Camara (Mark), Seth Williams (Blake), Summer Hogan (Sean), Maggie Williams and Mason Williams, and 2 great-grandchildren.
