James Franklin Stallings

James Franklin Stallings, 86, of Monroe, NC passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2023. He was born on February 4, 1937, son to the late James Daniel Stallings and Lena Isenhour Stallings. He is also preceded in death by his wife Ann Love Stallings.

He was a United States Airforce Military Veteran. He retired as Captain from The City of Charlotte Fire Department.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at Gordon Funeral Service and Crematory, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112. A private service was held with Military Honors.

James is survived by his two daughters Kelly Strouth (Mike), and Tracy Helms (B.J.), brother, Mick Stallings, five grandchildren, Matthew Benton (Ashley), Billy John Helms Jr., Ryan Helms, Wesley Helms, and Anna Helms, two great-grandchildren, Tylor Benton and Riley Benton.
