Jane Andrews Beamer, 88 of Monroe, NC, passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2024. She was born in Guilford County, NC on September 2, 1935 daughter to the late John Richard Andrews and Mary Hamrick Andrews. She was also preceded in death by her husband Lane Felton Beamer, and sister Kay Frances Shook.

A Memorial service will be held at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at St. Paul Episcopal Church, 116 S. Church St. Monroe, NC 28112. The family will receive friends following the service.

Jane is survived by her two sons, Douglas Lane Beamer (Sherry); and John Andrews Beamer (Kathy); daughter, Betsy Beamer (Tom Jackson); six grandchildren, Matt Beamer; Lisa Beamer, Ross Beamer; Brandi Emory; Janie Emory; Stacie Hudson; as well as eleven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Hospice of Union County, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112, or a Hospice and Palliative care of the Donor’s Choice.
