Jane Carpenter Griffin, 82, passed away November 2, 2026. She was born on January 6, 1944, in Union County, NC, daughter of the late Fred Carpenter and Ruth Staton Carpenter. She is also preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald Ray Griffin.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at Fairfield Baptist Church, 3129 Hwy 205, Marshville, NC 28103. The family will receive friends and family prior to the service from 10:00AM until 10:45AM in the church sanctuary.

She is survived by two sons, Charles Darryl Griffin and Jason Doyle Griffin, as well as one grandchild, Luna Rosa Griffin.
