Janice O’Quinn Gallagher, 84, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2024. She was born February 10, 1940 in Texas City, Texas, daughter of the late Bruce Benton O’Quinn and Elsie Murphy O’Quinn. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Fredrick Gallagher and sister, Barbara Grubbs.

A private service will be held at a later date.

Ms. Gallagher is survived by her daughters, Laura Goates of Farmers Branch, TX and Leslie Malach of Waxhaw; son, Jeffery Stewart Goates of Charlotte; grandchildren Megan Beirne, John Malach and Ryan Malach; great-grandchildren Michael Ryan Beirne and Ember Beirne; and sister, Stella Kay Hiltpold.
