Mary “Janice” McCain York, 78, passed away Friday, March 19, 2021. She was born in Florence, SC, on September 18, 1942, daughter of the late Parley Walkup McCain and Georgia Strawn McCain. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, India Simpson. Funeral services will be private. Ms. York is survived by her sons, Marvin and wife Sherry and Monty and wife Ashley; daughters, Lisa Simpson and husband Mike and Mitzi Sowell; grandchildren, Ariel McManus, Joshua York, Ashley York, Brandon York, Cheyenne Simpson; great-grandchildren, Sadie McManus and Saint Montoya; brother, Randy McCain and sister, Vickie Langley.
