Jay Patrick Jordan, 40, passed away Friday, August 8, 2014 at his home, surrounded by his family. We know Jesus welcomed him home because he was his child. He was born May 15, 1974 in Union County, NC son of Nick Andrea Jordan. He is also survived by his wife Heidi Heitz Jordan, two daughters Bethany, and Caraline Jordan, a son Samuel Jordan, all of the home, four brothers Tony Jordan, Josh Jordan, Dwayne Green all from Monroe, Todd Green of Ringgold, GA. He is also preceded in death by a brother Kevin Green. Funeral services will be held 3:30 PM Sunday, August 10, 2014 at Bible Baptist Tabernacle Church with burial to follow in church cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service starting at 2:30 PM until 3:15 PM at the church Memorials may be made to Tabernacle Christian School, 2900 Walkup Ave. Monroe NC 28110, C/O Jordan children’s education fund.
