Jean Parker

Mrs. Jean Parker, 88, of Waxhaw, NC passed away Sunday, April, 11, 2020. She was born on June 20, 1932 daughter to the late Henry Smith and Lizzie Mullis Smith. She is also preceded in death by her five brothers, Lexie Baucom, Wade Baucom, Carl Baucom, Beacher Baucom, Jack Baucom; and two sisters, Hazel Dutton and Peg Baucom. A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM, Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at Oak Grove Baptist Church, 4013 New Town Road, Waxhaw, NC 28173. Burial to follow at Lakeland Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will visit with friends prior to the service from 1:00PM until 1:45PM in the church sanctuary. Jean is survived by her loving husband, Lonnie Wilson Parker, son, Rick Parker (Julie), two grandchildren, Jeff Parker (Jennifer), Richard Parker (Dorothy); and two great-grandchildren, Leah Grace Parker and Anna Faith Parker.
