Jeffrey Laughlin Hennings, 70, of Waxhaw, NC passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2023. He was born in Norfolk, Virginia, on May 16, 1953, son to the late Paul Hennings and Lucille Laughlin Hennings.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at Gordon Funeral Chapel, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112. The family will receive friends to share stories and celebrate his life from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, June 23, 2023, at Gordon Funeral Service.

Jeffrey is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Wendy Scott Hennings, sons, Brian Hennings (Tracy), Kevin Hennings (Erin), Chandler Hennings, daughter Morgan Hennings, grandchild, Cayden Hennings and future grandson on the way.
