Jerry Clark Spittle, 72, passed away Thursday, January 28, 2016. He was born in Monroe, NC on January 29, 1943 son of the late Charles Murray and Lessie Atlas Howell Spittle. Mr. Spittle was a retired US Air Force veteran. A private memorial service with military honors will be held Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Gordon Funeral Chapel, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28112, conducted by Rev. Ken Lida. Mr. Spittle is survived by daughters, Patricia Williams, husband Rickey and Sherry Richardson, husband Lane all of Waxhaw, 4 grandchildren and friend, Geraldine Cozort.
