Jerry Dean Suggs

Jerry Dean Suggs, 71 of Monroe died Monday September 17, 2007. He was born in Stanly County October 15, 1935 son of the late T.W. Thelma Parker Suggs. Jerry was a member of Pageland United Methodist Church, was retired from Windsor Windows of Monroe. The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 18, 2007 from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM at Gordon Funeral Cremation Service 1904 Lancaster Ave, and other times at the home. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son Wesley T. Suggs, a daughter-in-law Ginger A. Suggs, and an infant brother. Jerry is survived by his wife Shirley Thomas Suggs, one son Jeff A. Suggs (wife) Cindy, four grandchildren Courtney Allison Suggs, and Tori Kyle Anderson all of Marshville, two brothers Bobby Suggs (wife) Shirley, and Ronald Suggs (wife) Brenda all of Monroe. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at 2:00 PM in Gordon Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. The family wishes to express deep gratitude to Dr. Gregory Brouse and Staff for their excellent professional and compassionate care during Jerry’s illness.
