Jo Ann Price

Jo Ann Price, 82, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2023. She was born in Union County, August 7, 1940, daughter of the late James (Push) Rogers and Annie Richardson Rogers. She is also preceded in death by her sisters, Joy Rogers, Mary Helms, and brother, Roy Rogers.

Jo Ann was a devoted member of Smyrna Methodist Church and loved her church family. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM, Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at Smyrna Methodist Church, with burial following in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00PM until 2:45PM at Smyrna Methodist Church Sanctuary,

5019 Medlin Road., Monroe, NC 28112.

Jo Ann is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Bruce J. Price, son, Tony Price, three daughters; Debbie Eudy (Curtis), Kathy Davis (Steve), and Vicky Helms (Gary), five grandchildren; Laina Harvey (Jon), Stephen Davis (Ashton), Kasey Lopez (Erick), Sarah Helms, Spenser Helms, nine great-grandchildren, Grayson, Gannon, Eden, Emerson, Liam, Hallie, Bella, Bethany and Hazel, due in June.

The family would like to offer a special thank you for the exceptional care given to their family from Hospice and Palliative Care of Charlotte, as well as Laura Elizalde.
