Jocelyn Jessica Gomez-Alarcon, 40, passed away Monday, November 4, 2013. She was born May 2, 1973 in New York, daughter of the late Alberto Jose and Brenda Brock Alarcon. Ms. Gomez-Alarcon is survived by her husband, Juan Antonio Gomez; sons, Brendon Alarcon of Wingate, Shawn Rios of Marshville and Miguel Rios of Marshville; daughter, Elizabeth Alarcon of Wingate; brother, Jose Alarcon of Ecuador; sisters, Donna Farley of New York, Wendy Alarcon of Waxhaw, Nivia Alarcon of Kannapolis and Crystal Perez of Kannapolis and three grandchildren. Funeral service will be Saturday, November 9, 2013 at 1:00 PM in Gordon Funeral Chapel, 1904 Lancaster Avenue, Monroe, NC 28112. Burial will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park.
