Jody Lee Helms, 23, passed away Monday, October 27, 2014. She was born in Union County on March 24, 1991, daughter of Carol Lee Haigler and the late Mark Helms. In addition to her mother, Ms. Helms is survived by her fiancé Chris Sarvis, son Billy Wesson Sarvis of Indian Trail and daughter, Emma Lynn Dunlow of Monroe and her sister, Casey Helms. A funeral service will be Saturday, November 1, 2014 at 3:00 PM in Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Avenue, Monroe, NC 28112.
