John Spencer Corcoran

John “Opie” Spencer Corcoran, 44, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016. He was born October 4, 1971 in St. Mary’s County, Maryland, son of Elizabeth Belk Corcoran and the late Eugene Albert Corcoran. He was owner of JSC Concrete for over 20 years. The family will visit with friends and relatives Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Avenue, Monroe, NC 28112. A graveside service will be held Friday, February 26, 2016 at 2:00 PM in Monroe City Cemetery. In addition to his mother, John “Opie” is survived by his sisters, Kathy Loftin and husband James and Kelly Hinson and husband Heath; nieces and nephews, Sherri Little, Nicholas Hinson, Lloyd Hinson, Amanda Hinson and Colby Loftin.
