John Daniel Mabry

John Daniel Mabry, 84, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017. He was born in Kaw City, OK March 31, 1933 son to the late Samuel Stewart Mabry Sr. Bertha Hudson Mabry, he is also preceded in death by his wife Marjorie Ann Mabry. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, July 7, 2017 at Hermon Baptist Church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will have a memorial service visitation 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 6, 2017 in the JAARS Townsend Auditorium, 7405 JAARS Rd., Waxhaw NC, 28173. John is survived by four sons, Max Mabry of St. Louis, Missouri; Monte Mabry of Anchorage, Alaska; Dan Mabry of Concord, New Hampshire, and Sam Mabry of Sulpher Springs, Texas; a daughter Kathy Svedberg, of Waxhaw, North Carolina; two brothers Samuel Stewart Mabry Jr. of Oklahoma, and Don Mabry, of Colorado, two sisters Aleen Reggin of Maryland and Juanita Widener of Colorado, seventeen grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
