John Wilkins Pettus III, 71, of Monroe, NC passed away on Monday, July 27, 2020. He was born on April 21, 1949 son to the late John Wilkins Pettus Jr. He is survived by his mother, Thelma Warren Pettus of Monroe, he beloved wife Debra Sain Pettus of the home, daughter Meghan Pettus Helms (Brandon) of Monroe, sister Jane Pettus Thalman (Stan) of Denver, Colorado, three grandchildren; Weston, Lillian and Corbin Helms all of Monroe.
