Joseph Benjamin Butch Matheson, Jr., 69, of Wingate, passed away Friday, December 2, 2016. He was born June 11, 1947, in Union County to the late Joseph Benjamin Matheson, Sr. and Margaret Mical Matheson Conner. He is survived by his wife, Donna Warren Matheson; son, Joseph Mark Matheson; daughter, Jennifer Roberts; two sisters, Brenda Starnes and Pamela Mullis; and three grandchildren.
