Judith Ann Moss Carter, 81, of Waxhaw, NC passed away on Friday, February 14, 2025. She was born in Union County, NC on August 2, 1943, daughter to the late Clarence Moss and Laura Helms Moss. She is also preceded in death by her husband Earl Junior Carter.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 21, 2025, in the Chapel of Gordon Funeral Service, with burial to follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM at Gordon Funeral Service and Crematory, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112.

Judith is survived by her two sons, Ricky Carter (Rebecca) and Scott Carter (Terri), sister, Sue Morris, and five grandchildren, Michael Carter, Christian Carter, Madalyn Carter, Ashley Steagall (Wes), and Natalie Helms (John) and four great-grandchildren, Summer, Weston, Catie and Evie.
