Mrs. Judith Kay Barker, 79, of Monroe, passed away Friday, September 25, 2020. She was born in Jefferson County IA, on October 11, 1940 to the late Don and Mildred Lemley, she is also preceded in death by a sister Donna Anderson. Mrs. Barker is survived by her children, Todd Baker, Kim Binger, and Don Barker, a sister Peggy Crow, nine grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
