Mrs. Judy Ann Graham, 76, of Monroe, NC, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2020. She was born in Union County, NC on March 10, 1944 to the late Noble and Chloe Melton Helms. She is also preceded in death by her loving husband Larry Graham, and sister Peggy Irene Helms. A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Lakeland Memorial Park.
