Judy (Helms) Price

Judy Helms Price, 66, passed away Thursday, January 18, 2018. She was born February 21, 1951 in Union County, NC, daughter of the late Coy Neal Helms and Lois Rushing Helms. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Roger Dale Price. Judy was a volunteer for the Son Shine Club at Unionville Elementary School and was a part of the Ladies of Love at Love Baptist Church. She dedicated her life to caring for her loved ones and beloved pets. Judy will be missed by all who knew her and were touched by the legacy of love she left behind. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at Love Baptist Church, 707 Deese Road Monroe, NC 28110 with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Judy is survived by two sons, Lane Price and wife Amy, Mark Price and wife Jessica, all of Monroe, daughter, Sharon Crisp and husband Jay of Mint Hill, two brothers, Rick Helms and wife Mara Von, and Tim Helms and wife Karen, sister, Pam Rushing and husband Barry, ten grandchildren, Stephen Stone, Ryan Stone and wife Kasey, Michael Price, Sarah Price, Madison Barrett, Jackson Price, Carson Price, Brody Crisp, Garrett Crisp, and Reid Crisp. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave. Monroe, NC 28112.
