Kenneth Cameron Stafford MONROE - Kenneth Cameron Stafford, 92, died Thursday, October 3, 2013. Mr. Stafford was born in Hattiesburg, Mississippi December 31, 1920, son of the late Charles Henry and Laura Holloway Stafford. He was a US Army World War II veteran and a retired employee with Celanese Corporation. He was preceded in death by a son Russell Gerald Stafford. Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 6, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the Gordon Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends following the graveside service. Mr. Stafford is survived by his wife Pat Hinson Stafford; daughters Brenda Laney and husband David and Rita Winchester and husband James both of Monroe; daughter in law Jean Stafford of Prattville, Alabama; grandchildren Amy Cohen, Kenneth Stafford, Kristen Gilbert, Scott Laney and Valerie Laney; five great grandchildren.
