Kirk was born in Louisville, KY June 21, 1955, son of Lois Shelton Mills and the late Oscar Mills, Jr. Kirk was an operations manager with AT T Company. Funeral services will be held at a later date. Kirk is survived by his mother; wife Donna Clapeck Mills; sons Jonathan and Steven Mills of the home; brother Kevin Mills of Louisville, KY and sister Lois Mills of Louisville, KY.
