Lillie (Foster) Bass

Lillie Foster Bass, 88, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2013. She was born August 31, 1924 in Rome, Georgia daughter of the late Grover Edward Polly Cape Foster. She is also preceded in death by her husband John Woodrow Bass, Sr. Funeral services will be held on 11:00 AM, Tuesday April 16, 2013 West Monroe Baptist Church, with burial to follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. Mrs. Bass is survived by two sons, John W. Bass, Jr. and wife Brenda, William F. (Bill) Bass and wife Sandra, a daughter Carolyn Price and husband Max all of Monroe, a brother Dwight Foster, and wife Lee of Manning, SC a sister Mary Hamm of Jacksonville, Fl, nine grandchildren, Christy Stover and husband Jimmy, Dana McIntyre and husband Mike, Amy Manus, Lisa Bass, Shelley Price and husband Stacey, Karen Price and boyfriend Lance Campbell, Jeff Price and girlfriend Dawn Perry, Michael Price and wife Christy, Liliya Shevchenko and husband Eric, eleven great grandchildren, and two step great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Monday, April 15, 2013 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at West Monroe Baptist Church .
