Linda Joy Kerton

Linda Joy Kerton, 22, of Monroe NC passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2024. Linda was born on April 11, 2002, in Toms River, NJ, the daughter of Scott E Kerton & Angela J Caputo Kerton.

Linda is survived by her parents, her only brother; Scott E Kerton II, her maternal grandparents; Joseph & Linda Pino and her Fiancé, Chandler Campbell.

She was a Phlebotomist at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte. NC. Linda also worked part-time at Cycle Gear in Matthews, NC. She was a very dedicated and hard worker.

Linda, along with her family moved to Naples, FL in 2013 where she graduated from Naples High School in 2020. Linda attended Lorenzo Walker Technical College where she obtained her Phlebotomist Certification.

She started her career at NCH in N. Naples, FL. Linda was planning on pursuing a degree in nursing.

Linda, along with her family moved to Monroe, NC in the summer of 2023. She had many passions in her life, she was very artistic, loved motorcycles, and was a huge animal lover; but her greatest love was her cat Sheeba.

Linda was a registered organ donor who gave the gift of life to three other people by her selflessness. We will try and take comfort in knowing although Linda was taken too soon she will live on in those who were blessed to receive her gifts.

Linda's favorite color was light blue. Her favorite flowers were Sunflowers. So whenever you see a sunflower or a butterfly know, she is there. She will be greatly missed by countless friends as she touched many lives.

A celebration of Linda’s life will be held at a later date.
