Linda Fly Powell, 53, passed away Monday, December 13, 2021. She was born August 12, 1968 in Richmond County, NC, daughter of the late Donald and Shirley Simpson Fly. Linda loved her family and enjoyed baking and cake decorating and reading. She also enjoyed fine dining. She is survived by her sisters Janet Helms of Matthews and Cathy Andrews of Waxhaw; brother, Tommy Fly of Monroe; nephews Erich and Karl Helms, Shane, Timothy and Matthew Andrews; nieces Jessica and Stephanie Helms.
