Linda Gordon Spittle,79, of Waxhaw, NC passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. She was born in Union County, NC on February 6, 1945 daughter to the late Manlis and Gladys Helms Gordon. She is also preceded in death by her husband William Walter “Spin” Spittle Jr.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 19, 2025 in the Chapel of Gordon Funeral Service with burial to follow in Waxhaw City Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112.

Linda is survived by her children, Eric Spittle, Marty Spittle, and Pamela Spittle Sterling (Allen); brother Gary Gordon, sister Rickie Johnson, twelve grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
