Lisa Mcginnis Dixon

Another McGinnis angel went to Heaven on September 23, 2020. Lisa was a loving mother, daughter, sister and aunt who cared for other people and animals more deeply than for herself. She is now with her dad Larry, her sister Cindy Richards, all her grandparents and many aunts and uncles who loved her as much as we do. The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 3, 2020 from 1:00 PM until 2:45 PM at Gordon Funeral Service. A funeral service will follow at 3:00PM at Gordon Funeral Chapel,1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112. Left here to cherish sweet memories forever are her son Sam Dixon, mother Ellen McGinnis, sister Susan Craig, and the “boys” she loved best, Mark McGinnis (Patty), Mike McGinnis (Emily), and Jonathan Brooks (Kim). Also surviving are Catherine Fuller, Regan, Kellan, Anna, and Miles McGinnis, Bailey Thorne, Lanie Carelock and special cousin, Jan Norris.
