Lori Ann (Jenkins) James

Lori Ann Jenkins James, 48, born December 27, 1966 in Greene County, MO, went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 2, 2015. She was the daughter of Mr. Jerry Albert and Margaret Decker Jenkins. Funeral services will be Sunday, January 4, 2015 at 3:00 PM in Gordon Funeral Chapel, 1904 Lancaster Avenue, Monroe, NC 28112. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends and relatives from 2:00 - 2:45 PM prior to the funeral at Gordon Funeral Service. In addition to her parents, Mrs. James is survived by her beloved husband, Mark James; son, Russell Gill and fiancé Jessica Renee Mullis; daughter Tiffany Gill and fiancé Joshua Alexander, all of Monroe; step-sons, Joey James and Joshua James, both of Monroe; step-daughters, Kristi Grady of Cleveland, NC and Erica Lopez of Mooresville; brother, David Jenkins of Virginia; sister, Kim Campbell of Jefferson, SC and their spouses, along with fourteen grandchildren.
