Mrs. Louise Melton Rape, 87, of Monroe, NC passed away Friday, November 6, 2020 at Woodridge Assisted Living Facility. She was born in Union County on July 14, 1933 daughter to the late Vanner Melton. She was also preceded in death by her husband James A. Rape and daughter Terri Rape, brothers, Aaron, Crummie, Dillon and Archie Melton. A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM, Monday, November 9, 2020 at Lakeland Memorial Park. Louise retired from Scott Technology in February, 2006. She is survived by her sisters, Rhonda Price (Ralph), Linda Braswell (Russell) and Sue Laney, brothers, Doug Melton and John Melton.
