Lucas Wayne Pate, 26, passed away Thursday, August 23, 2018. He was born September 27, 1991 in Lancaster, SC to Douglas Wayne Pate and the late Melissa Ellis Pate. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Charles Ellis and Debra Threatt. Funeral services will be private. In addition to his father, Lucas is survived by his son, Landon Wayne Pate of Wesley Chapel; step-mother, Tisha Witmore of Monroe; sisters, Brittany Faile of Lancaster, Samantha Pate of Monroe, and Adrian Keeter; brother, Ryan Reeves and paternal grandparents, Nancy Walker Sims and Steven Threatt.
